OAMC is a Government owned organization with responsibility for managing and operating Muscat International, Salalah, Sohar and Duqm Airports. The company has undergone significant growth and expansion. Given these changes and developments, there was a need to develop a short-and long-term strategic plan including a business plan to set priorities and to implement action plans aligned with the strategic plan in maximizing its commercial revenues. The client asked to develop a five year strategic plan and business plan. The plan had to articulate the client’s vision/mission and had to include the milestones, objectives and actions that will guide the organization for the next five years.
